2012 Spelling Bee, Friday Afternoon

Spelling Bee, Friday Afternoon in Biedermann Hall 12:30p

Sacred Heart School participates in this event annually as five students from each class in grades 4-7 and all who elect from 8^th compete on stage in Biedermann Hall. Following their preparation over the break, the students remain on stage as they spell correctly until only two remain. A spell-off follows between the two until one error in spelling is followed by two words spelled correctly to determine our winner. In prior years our winner participated in an Area Bee for Ventura County, but this year all school winners will go directly to the Ventura County Spelling Bee.
