Hello Second Grade Families,

HERE’S A LOOK AT OUR WEEK…

HOMEWORK:  I will be sending home an All About Me poster to be completed at home.  Encourage your child to be creative by drawing, coloring, adding stickers, adding personal pictures/ magazine cutouts and to do their BEST writing. This will be part of our display at our school fair.   Please do not add any 3D designs or stickers since I will be laminating them after our school fair.  I will be keeping them until the end of the year. This will be due on Monday.

Additional Homework:  Reading 20 minutes a day and IXL P.6 and T.1…NO FLUENCY

RELIGION: We will do our Virtus lessons this week. We will also discuss vocabulary words such as absolution, penance, confession, and sacrifices.

LANGUAGE ARTS:

Reading: Last week, our focus was flip the sound.  This week we will work on Monitor and Fix.
