IN THE SECOND GRADE CLASSROOM…
RELIGION: As reconciliation preparation continues, the Holy Spirit helps us look in our hearts. We will continue discussing the steps to prepare for reconciliation.
LANGUAGE ARTS:
READING: We will focus on Monitor and Fix as we read. Also, the new strategy this week will be Author’s Purpose.

Read Aloud: We will finish Boxcar Children this week.
SPELLING: Our spelling test from last week has been postponed until Wednesday. Students will not have new spelling words this week.
MATH: We will be taking our first part of our math test tomorrow. The second part will be on Wednesday. Please continue reviewing two and three dimensional shapes at home.
SCIENCE: We will complete our science project tomorrow. We are all excited to share our experiment.
