Dear Families,

It was great meeting everyone at Back to School night.  Please make sure your child brings plenty of water to school.  This Friday is a noon dismissal and no school next Monday for Labor Day.  Below is an overview of our week.

Math: I will introduce divisibility rules for division.

Religion:  This week we are focusing on forgiveness and the Marks of the Church.

Social Studies:  We will be taking our first state test next Tuesday.  This week we are focusing on how the Clovis point technology improved hunting for early Native Americans.

Vocabulary:  We are taking our Unit 1 test on Thursday.

Science: We will be learning how cells  make and use energy.

Grammar:  We are focusing on titles and abbreviations.
