Today the United States celebrates the founding of our Republic with Constitution Day. On September 17, 1787 the founding fathers signed the Constitution that established our form of a Republic government. A happy day indeed!

The middle school students are getting ready to celebrate the many wonderful benefits of a Catholic school education. The theme of Learn, Lead, Serve, and Succeed is being discussed in religion class. The students are learning how to apply these vital skills to their homes, community, and world.
Today in Middle School collaborative centers the students completed dioramas about different civilizations. Each mixed grade group created a scene from various time periods. The time periods included ancient Greece, Egypt, and Rome, Middle Ages, Colonial Times, and the Civil War. Each group worked very creatively to make their scenes from daily life.
