Dear Families,

Thank you all for meeting with me during conferences.  We have many fun activities planned for this week.  This Wednesday is Free Dress for $1.00.  Friday is also “Free” Free dress day.  Friday is a noon dismissal.  I hope everyone has as peaceful Christmas break.  Below is an overview of our week.

Math:  We will be taking our unit 4 test on Tuesday.  There is no IXL sections for the week.

Science:  We will have our chapter 4 science test on Monday.  We will then begin chapter 5.  Our focus this week will be on how water changes state.

Grammar:  Unit 3.  Our focus this week will be action verbs.

Vocabulary: Unit 6

Social Studies:  We will take our chapter 5 test on Wednesday.

ELA:  Our strategy this will is to determine and analyze the author’s purpose. There will be no reading logs due this week.
