In the October 4th Family Envelope, many flyers announced our plan to have The Fall Festival & Harvest Hoedown on Friday, October 28.  The flyers asked for volunteers, announced various activities, and asked for participation in the events.  This is a busy time of year for families with sports, activities, and Halloween and as a result, the response has not been enough to warrant continuing with this fundraising event.  We appreciate the time our PTC Board and second, fifth, and eighth grade roomparents spent in preparation, but we are going to remove the event from our schedule.  All checks sent in response to the flyers will be returned in Tuesday’s Family Envelope.  The PTC Board will look for another fundraising opportunity that may be scheduled later in the school year.
