Several forms are included in this week’s Family Envelope delivered on Tuesday, August 31st. The Order Form for the September 15th Picture Day may be completed and returned immediately or retained until September 15th. The PE Policy and Music Policy should be signed and returned this week. The PTC is sending two forms in this week’s Envelope. The first is the information for the Back to School Mass & Potluck scheduled for Friday, September 10th and the second is the Green Sheet to record Service Hours for the first trimester.
