All schools are dependent on their population to help cover the cost of educating their students. The Parent Teacher Council (PTC) Board spends many hours during the year to make the fundraising efforts productive. This year the roomparents are taking a larger role in the fundraising events too. Each trimester we will focus on one or two major efforts with an emphasis on family involvement.

During the first trimester, our Church & School Fiesta will be the primary focus of our fundraising attention.

The Fiesta is scheduled for Sunday, October 24th from 10:30-5:30 and Sacred Heart School will receive a large portion of the proceeds. Our responsibility is to provide a large game area and a candy booth. After The Spring Fling, all of the games we have acquired over the years were organized into categories. The roomparents will be given a specific game category for each grade level and we hope to have a huge game presence. We will purchase bulk candy products young people enjoy for our candy booth and sell them individually. During the Fiesta, each booth will need family members to work two-hour shifts, and soon you will be contacted to make your commitment. If you are not able to work, we ask that you make a $50.00 donation to the Fiesta. Your time and/or donation will earn service hours. We hope you will attend the Fiesta too. Pre-sale will begin soon for unlimited play wristbands and dinner plate tickets. Your family will enjoy playing games, eating, being entertained, and being a part of our parish and school community while Sacred Heart School benefits greatly!
