Dear Kindergarten Families,
Homework for this first week of January is to read nightly and list books on the reading log. Choose one favorite book and report on the story map. Other homework: word search, a print practice paper, and flash cards for adding to ten. If you are interested in the Book-it program download a copy of the Pizza Form/ color a slice of pizza for each 20 minutes of reading. Goal for January is 80 minutes per week. Click on Pizza Form Due January 31 for pizza certificate.
Please return the reading log, story map, word search, print practice papers, AND sight word envelope/with words on Thursday, January 10. Flash cards are for practice at home.
