Dear Families,

This Tuesday Progress Reports will be going home.  Please sign and return.  Also, on Tuesday we will be celebrating 100 days of school. It’s hard to believe that the school is half way over! This Thursday we will have Harvest of the Month with Mrs. Hoffman.

We begin Catholic School’s Week this Friday with Parents Day.  We will begin the day with Mass.  This Friday will also be a noon dismissal.  Please join us if your schedule allows.   Our Annual Open House will be on Sunday, January 29, starting at 12pm.  Please come and join us.

Below is an overview of our week.

Vocabulary:  Unit 9

Spelling:  Unit 13

Math: This week our focus will be common multiples and least common multiples.  We will also review the Divisibility rules.

Science: Tuesday is our chapter 3 test.  We will then begin chapter 4.  We will focus on the earth’s water resources.

Social Studies: We will analyze the Spanish Explorers.  We also continue to work on our school fair reports.

Religion: Our focus this week will be the ARCE testing.  We will begin testing on Tuesday.   We continue to work on our Saint Reports in the computer lab.

Literature: This week we will finish our final River Ran Wild essays.  We will also continue to read The Indian in the Cupboard.
