Dear Kindergarten Families,

Here we are in a new month.  I hope all families have been thinking which saint your ‘little saint’ will represent. We will be discussing many saints in class and reading to understand how they helped people spreading God’s love and faith.

Progress Reports coming home today! Please review, sign and return by Monday, October 10.

Jennessy celebrated her birthday, Monday October 3.

‘Hats Off for Cancer’ is an opportunity for all Sacred Heart students to help children whose lives have been compromised by cancer. We ask you to purchase a good quality hat.  The size hat in most demand is for children from 3-5 as this size range is harder to find. They enjoy bright colors or logos of characters. Remember these hats MUST be NEW, as these kid’s immune systems have been destroyed. Hats should be sent to school with tags on and in a zip lock bag. I am hoping my class will join in this wonderful cause to help others. Hat must be in school by October 18.

This Friday pumpkin picking in front of Biedermann Hall–
Have a great week, if anyone has questions or concerns with the Progress Report– a mini conference can be arranged. Please send an email to schedule a 10 minute mini conference.

Have a great week!
