The Ventura Suburban Kiwanis Club will deliver their Wishing Well on Friday, October 22 and it will remain in the library for one week.  All coins placed in the Wishing Well spiral down the side in an entertaining manner and join with others to support two important local projects:  Penfield School & Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura.  Our middle school students volunteer at nearby Penfield School in support of special needs students, often assisting with play equipment donated by The Ventura Suburban Kiwanis Club.  We would like to add to their further support.  Additionally, The Kiwanis Club plans to provide a mobile entertainment unit with a flat-screen TV, DVD, and game station for children hospitalized at Community Memorial Hospital and this is something our students can do to help children dealing with a stay in the hospital.  We invite everyone to share in assisting local young people.
