Dear Families,

We have a very busy week ahead of us!  We will be participating in “Farm Day” on Wednesday from 8:00 to noon.  Please make sure your child is at school on time.  For snack I am asking that each student bring a snack and drink in a paper bag. The Intermediate Spring Program is also on Wednesday.  Please have your child wear collared shirts or flannel shirts.  Please no ripped jeans, shorts, or t shirts.  The students have been practicing very hard and are doing a great job.  I look forward to seeing everyone there!  Friday is a noon dismissal.  Below is an overview of our week:

Math.  The IXL sections are K.4 and K.8.  Our focus this week will be multiplication of fractions and whole numbers.

Science:  We will analyze how the elements are organized on the Periodic Table.

Vocabulary:  Unit 11.

Grammar:  We are learning about the different types of pronouns.

Social Studies:  We will focus on the way in which the Framers organized our national government.

Religion: Jesus heals in the anointing of the sick.

Thank you.

Ms. Carney
