Dear Second Grade Families,

Our field trip to the California Oil Museum in Santa Paula is this Thursday.

NOVEMBER HOMEWORK ACTIVITIES: How is this coming? This should be a fun family time activity. Remember you are helping your child with time management skills when the activities are spread out during the month and not zipped through in one night. Neatness counts! This and Book-It are due on Tuesday, November 30. (Also, all the writing is to be done by your child).

FLAT PEOPLE UPDATE: Mail has been trickling in. Your child’s host may need some encouragement from you. Please help out. All mail is to be mailed to school. The hosts have the school address. We are not doing emails. We will be mailing and sending Thanksgiving cards this week.
ADOPT-A-FAMILY free dress ($1.00) will be Wednesday, November 18. The theme is blue or pink for cancer awareness.
SCHOOL FAMILIES will share a snack on Friday.
