As March begins, we start the month long celebration of Read Across America!  The anniversary of the birth of  Dr. Seuss, the author of so many popular children’s books, is recognized on March 1, and Sacred Heart School will celebrate his birthday on Monday, March 2.  Staff members will dress as characters from different books and be introduced at our assembly before lunch.

Every week of March will have a special event to highlight the importance of reading and the pleasure that a good book brings!
