On Friday, the birthday of Dr. Seuss, Sacred Heart School students & staff will enjoy morning and afternoon events to celebrate this special day.  As we return from Mass and are settled in the classrooms, everyone will read silently for 15 minutes prior to the 10a recess.  In the afternoon, a readers’ exchange will find staff members reading to students at grade levels they rarely spend much academic time with.  Throughout March, students are encouraged to enter their name in a drawing each time a book is completed and at the end of the month winners will be selected for many reading-related prizes.
