It is so good to be back together after such a difficult two weeks. We continue to pray for all those touched by the Thomas Fire tragedy. We will enjoy the remaining school days of 2017 and then come back again on January 2^nd, ready to start anew. There will be no homework this week; this presents an opportunity for those who are behind in their work to catch up. If you have not already done so, please make a decision about the mission your child will be studying for the School Fair project, and send me an email with the name of the mission. I will continue with tryouts for the Spelling Bee after the Christmas break.

Our St. Vincent de Paul Food Drive continues this week; please bring your bags of non-perishable groceries to school by Wednesday. We will be having our Teddy Bear Assembly tomorrow, collecting the stuffed animals to be shared with those less fortunate than us.
