Dear Second Grade Families,
We are entering our second and last week of ITBS testing. We are trying to spread them out so as not to be so overwhelming. The second graders are doing their best in all the areas of this task. Continue with your support.
Again may we remind you to help your child be responsible. They can write their name and number on homework assignments as well as the answers to written work. (Reading Logs, etc.) Also remember a parent signature is needed on all homework.
STUDENT OF THE WEEK will begin in October.  Names are picked at random, lottery style.  The second grader will bring a letter and a poster home on Friday to be completed and returned on the following Monday. The second grader is to do the writing and decorating, but you can help with ideas and spelling.
FRIDAY is an early dismissal day.
HERE’S A QUICK LOOK AT OUR WEEK (INCLUDING ITBS TESTING)
