Dearest Third Grade Families,

What a showing! It was such a pleasure to see so many families on Parent’s Day. The students and I were thrilled to have you here; but this was just the beginning of Catholic Schools Week. This week we will take time to celebrate and acknowledge all those that make Sacred Heart the great place it is including parents, students, parish leaders, faculty and staff.

This week we’ll be studying the following:

Math: The class will continue Unit 5 (Place Value) focusing on decimals to the hundredth in lessons 5.9, 5.10 and 5.11. As always, feel free to follow along with us by completing the “Home Links” at www.everydaymathonline.com. Your child’s username and password can be found in his/her planner.

We continue to practice our multiplication and division facts. Take a look in your child’s planner for the latest progress report and individual goal. Click here for all 8 Goals.
