After  returning from the Science Lab we came up with a list to describe what a cross section of celery looks like:

Bubbles,  snake skin, pimples, chicken pox, cells,  and really small eggs.

After working with our vocabulary words  one student said, ” Everything comes together when you use vocabulary words, that’s really cool.”
