Dear Kindergarten Parents,

I enjoyed meeting with all of you during our conference time last week. Your children are doing great and showing progress in all areas. If there are any questions or comments we did not cover – please contact me.

Monday we will attend Mass to celebrate the Immaculate Conception of Mary. Advent continues as our religion lesson with an additional focus on the Old Testament and ornaments for the Jesse Tree.

ELA – Theme 3 begins – letter focus is Tt,  noting sequence of events as listen to stories read.

Math- work with probability;  review of  shapes and number line.

Our discovery work in science will be with our senses and a beginning look at our natural resources. Social studies standard ‘identifying traffic symbols and map symbols’  will be introduced.

Friday is a full day with a school family activity in the afternoon.
