Dear Second Grade Parents,
I hope you enjoyed this beautiful long weekend with your family and friends.
On Friday, we enjoyed our Valentine celebration in our class. The kids loved reading all the valentine cards and treat bags they received from their friends. Thank you for all the gifts, cards and chocolates!
SAVE THE DATE:
First Reconciliation for your second grader will be on Tuesday, April 19th at 1:00 P.M. Students will be wearing their uniform on this day. You will find more information regarding First Reconciliation and First Communion in your child’s yellow folder on Wednesday.

RELIGION: Chapter 12: Jesus Forgives Us (confession/penance); We tell Jesus We have Failed; We Confess to Jesus
MATH: This week our goal is to finish 5.3-5.6 . We will continue learning about line segments, parallel line, quadrilaterals, edges, vertices and working on word problems.
Science: We will begin our science project activity…Question, hypothesis, experiment/trials, and results/conclusion

Wednesday: Stations of the Cross at 2:00
Thursday: LIBRARY BOOKS DUE (NEW TIME AND DAY!)
