Sneak Peek To Our Academic Week
- math: This week we wrap-up our unit on decimals. Our math test is scheduled for this Thursday.
- reading: This week in reading we pay close attention to the patterns our characters show throughout their stories. We will use those patterns to make strong predictions for the endings of our books.
- writing: We jump back into our informational writing! We will spend time tidying up our work in order to get it ready to publish.
- word work: Spelling words can be found in your child’s planner and on Kids/Vocabulary A-Z. Spelling tests are scheduled for this Friday.
- religion: This week is all about The Stations of the Cross. We will spend time discussing and reflecting on each station. Every Wednesday afternoon we will attend Stations of the Cross. We begin this week at 2p, please join us if your schedule permits!
- science: We will explore seasonal weather conditions across different regions. Then, we will investigate how weather patterns can be used to make predictions about future weather.
Have a wonderful week!
