Sneak Peek to our Academic Week
math: This week we will be spending a good amount of our time assessing all skills we learned in the first trimester. Then, we will continue on with multiplication/division, learning all about equal shares and equal groups!
reading: We will focus on the different ways that we can discuss our non-fiction texts. Then, we will work on gathering important information in order to teach others about what we learned.
writing: We continue revising and making final touches on our narrative writing pieces. Then, we will publish!
word work: Spelling words can be found in your child’s planner and on spellingcity.com. Spelling tests are schedule for this Friday.
religion: All about Advent! This week we will be focusing on Hope.
science: We will learn all about how fossils give us a window to the animals and habitats of the past!
Have a great week!
