Sneak Peek to our Academic Week

math: We continue on with unit 4, multiplication. This week we will work to build our multiplication fluency. Our unit 4 math test is scheduled for this Friday.

reading: We continue on with our non-fiction, biography reading. This week we will work on reading our biographies with different lenses. One of those lenses is to understand the story, and another lens is to learn information.

writing: Informational writing! As we perfect our table of contents, we will begin the drafting process, making sure we include all we need in order to teach others about the topic that we are experts in.

word work: Spelling words can be found in your child’s planner. We have the same spelling words from before our Christmas break. Our spelling tests are scheduled for this Friday.

religion: This week we will learn all about and celebrate The Epiphany!
