Our onlineweek in 4thgrade…
Again, I ask that you remind your student not to go ahead with either classwork or homework. This is my goal for the week and we may or may not get to all of these lessons/activities.
Math: We are working through unit 9. We will be spending our time learning how to convert and rename percents, fractions, and decimals.
All Week Classwork:SMJ pages completed in class time.
ELA:
-Writing: We are working on writing what we have learned so far about our chosen topic.
-Reading: Please see Edmodo.com for our Reading Response Journal this week. Remember to turn it in on your due date.
-Spelling: We will be working on Words Their Way this week.
All Week Classwork: Continue work on your Pop-up Book Report – 3 Spelling City assignments due by Thursday at 1:30pm – Spelling City test on Thursday
Social Studies:We will be working on our third lesson in our social studies book: World War II.
Friday Classwork:Quiz on Edmodo.
Science: We will be reading about landslides in our books and will be working on an activity book about Weathering and Erosion.
Tuesday Classwork:Finish activity book pages left incomplete from class time.
Religion:We are working on our last chapter in our books. Our test will be on Thursday found on Edmodo.
Homework:
Monday: IXL Math Skill S.15– RRJ
Tuesday: IXL Math Skill T. Compare decimals using models – RRJ
Wednesday: IXL Math Skill Z.6 – RRJ
Thursday: IXL Math Skill R.13 – RRJ due by 4pm
Upcoming:
School Ends at 10am on Friday
No School Monday – Memorial Day!
