Our onlineweek in 4thgrade…
Again, I ask that you remind your student not to go ahead with either classwork or homework. This is my goal for the week and we may or may not get to all of these lessons/activities.
Math: We are working on our first lessons in unit 8. We will be learning about perimeter and area.
All Week Classwork:Practice multiplication flash cards and work on SMJ pages completed in class time.
Friday Classwork: IXL Skill BB.12
ELA:
-Writing: We are putting the final touches on our writing contest – which is due this Friday! Please see the email I will be sending on Monday afternoon detailing instructions for how to submit.
-Reading: Please see Edmodo.com for our Reading Response Journal this week.
-Spelling: We will be working on Words Their Way this week.
All Week Classwork: Finish our writing contest! – Read selected pages from your historical fiction book! Remember to study your spelling words – test will be on Thursday.
Social Studies:We will be spending this week in review as we prepare for our test on Friday. We will be taking our test on Edmodo.
Wednesday Classwork: Study for our Friday test.
Friday Classwork:Test on Edmodo
Science: We will be spending this week in review as we prepare for our test on Thursday. We will be taking our test on Edmodo.

Religion:We are working Ventures magazine in the beginning of the week and then will work on our Beatitude book in the later half of the week.
