Dear Families,

Tomorrow is free Free Dress for Valentine’s Day. We will have our Valentine exchange in the afternoon.This Friday is also Free Dress for donations in support of Earthquake Relief for Syria and Turkey. This Friday is also a noon dismissal. No school next Monday for Presidents’ Day. Below please see an overview of our week:

Religion: We will describe the rite of Anointing of the Sick and the proper times to receive the sacrament.

Math: We are reviewing the properties of bar and circle graphs

Science: Our focus this week is the cause and effects of severe weather.

Socail Studies: We will identify the major individuals responsible for founding various colonies.

ELA: We are finishing our novel Murder at Midnight.

Grammar: Our focus this week is on prepositions and prepositional phrases.
