Dear Kindergarten Families,

With joy and patience we will await Christmas during this stimulating and last week of school for 2013. During this third week of Advent we will be remember the birth of Jesus so long ago and how His gift of forgiveness brings peace and joy in our lives.

Wednesday is our Christmas ‘Around the World’ Program. Please arrive at 6:00 – we’ll meet at Biedermann Hall. Inside you will find our chairs along the left side of the hall for kindergarten and first grade. Program starts at 6:30, if you have any questions please send me a message.

Wednesday is a free dress $1.00 to support our mission efforts. Friday is a free – free dress no dollars this time!

Library books need to be returned by Thursday-we will start checking out books again in January.

Thursday will be a day of catching up on all academics/crafts and a day where we will play language arts and math learning games.

Friday is a noon dismissal and our Christmas party! We can hardly wait to celebrate together in the spirit of giving, care, and love for our family and friends.

I want to express my thanks to all our class families for  your continued support at home and in class. I am very blessed to have such great families! Enjoy your family time together over the Christmas break-we’ll be back in school on January 6, 2014.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

May God’s peace be with you,

Mrs. Carol Brown
