Dear Families,

This Friday is a full day of school.  We have been practicing for our Intermediate Music Program that will be on May 10th.  If your child is unable to attend please send me an email.    If your child has not already done so please send a pair of ear buds to school.  They will be kept here until the end of the school year.  Also, it may be time to replenish some school supplies.  Please made sure your child brings pencils and paper to school each day.  Below is an overview of our week:

Religion: We will be focusing on the Sacraments of Healing this week.

Math:  We will review the use of parentheses and introduce the rules for order of operations.

Grammar:  We are learning about possessive and demonstrative pronouns.

Vocabulary: Unit 9.  We are taking our test this Friday.

Science:  Our focus this week is on the Sun being the largest and most massive body in the solar system.

Social Studies:  We are analyzing the characteristics of colonial New England towns.  We will have our next states test on May 17th.
