Dear Families,

This Tuesday we are going to the Skirball Center for our field trip.  Please make sure your child is at school by 7:30. Friday is Parents’ Day.  Friday is also a noon dismissal.   Please join us if your schedule allows. Below is an overview of our week:

Math:  We are learning how to make magnitude estimates for quotients using partial quotients with decimals.

Vocabulary:  Unit 8

Grammar: Our focus is on how progressive forms of a verb shows ongoing or continuous action.

Social Studies:  We will analyze the reasons the Massachusetts Bay colony was established.

Science:  Our focus is on hoe clouds form and release precipitation as rain, snow, sleet, and hail.

Religion:  The Liturgy of the Eucharist.
