Beginning at Tuesday’s dismissal, a serious water leak repair located in front of the church requires we make ADJUSTMENTS TO OUR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE the rest of this week and possibly into next depending on how the repair progresses.
THERE IS NO ENTRY/DEPARTURE AT THE MOST WEST DRIVEWAY NORMALLY USED! Please do not try to enter at this driveway until all the repairs are complete.
HERE IS OUR PLAN:
Car Line
If you normally use the car line for arrival and departure, please use the MOST EAST driveway marked Biedermann Place to enter the car line. For departure, students who normally use the car line will be waiting at the pedestrian area behind first-fourth grade (by the rectory parking garages) and will enter cars along the grass area near the back of the first grade room. Cars can exit out the rear of campus to Darling Road or loop around the parking lot to exit at Biedermann Place driveway. For arrival, the same pattern, please, with entry at Biedermann Place, a stop along the grassy area at the curb, students depart, and cars are out to Darling Road or loop back to Henderson Road.
Walking from Rectory Area Parking Lot(s)
If you normally park and walk along the side or rear of the rectory, please use the lot in front of the rectory as much as capacity allows, and walk along the church side of the rectory to where you normally meet your student(s). For departure, students who normally greet their pick-up person near the planters in front of the school or near the school office will be waiting along the planters as usual. When you enter your car, please exit via Henderson or Darling as is convenient. For arrival, the same pattern, please, with parking at the front of the rectory and walking together until you enter the school patio area.
Afternoon EDC
EDC pick up should not feel any impact from this as the most used entrance/exit is at Biedermann Place/Henderson/Darling.

We look forward to the repair’s completion for many reasons, but in particular it will allow the sprinklers to return to use on our campus. Our field needs water to give us a comfortable play area and a great football field!
