On Wednesday our 8th graders enjoyed a field trip to the Los Angeles Cathedral. We left early in the morning and traveled in the rain but arrived with plenty of time to work in the Adopt-a-Family office packaging Christmas stockings full of candy to accompany our Teddy Bears and stuffed toys, which will be delivered to needy families in Los Angeles. We worked hard and managed to prepare 1,125 stockings! We enjoyed a personal tour of the Cathedral from Monsignor Terry Flemming and attended noon Mass – a few of our students even served! We had a wonderful time!
