Our week in 4thgrade…
Math: We are beginning Unit 2! This week we are looking at place value.
ELA:
-Writing: We are continuing with our writing lessons as we create our story arcs and begin to write our first drafts.
-Reading: We are continuing with our reading lessons. Remember to keep up with our Reading Response Journals! If you have any questions please contact me. Remember nightly homework is to read 20-30 minutes but our RRJ is 1 time a week!
-Spelling: Remember to look in your students Daily Planner for their spelling words.
Social Studies:We are planning to begin our second chapter in social studies at the end of the week!
Science:We will be preparing for our first science test on Thursday.
Religion:We begin our sixth chapter in our religion books: Jesus Invites us to Receive God’s Mercy.
Homework:
Monday: IXL Math Skill A.5 – RRJ – Finish Science Review p. 40 (#1-14)
Tuesday: Math Worksheet – RRJ
Wednesday: IXL Math Skill A.6 – RRJ – Study for Spelling and Science Test
Thursday: Math Worksheet – Study for our Religion quiz
