We invite all family members and guests to join us for this special day!
Bring chairs, blankets, or any comfortable outdoor, portable seating for lunchtime, the parade, the assembly, saints’ presentations, and the recorders concert. Campus locations for all will be shared as Fall Harvest Showcase gets closer. Here is the schedule:
10:30a Gather on the Quad for “FAMILIES”
10:45a 8th Grade leads “SCHOOL FAMILY” ACTIVITY about the Saints
11:30a-12:10p THE LOWER GRADES (K-4) go to lunch
Lower grade family members are invited to join their students at lunch. They may order from the caterer up to Noon on Thursday, Nov 3—It’s Pizza Day and other choices too or bring things from home.
Upper grade families may stay in the upper grade classrooms, select their sweets, or go out to the lunch area and wait for their students.
12:10-12:50p THE UPPER GRADES go to lunch
Upper grade family members are invited to join their students at lunch. They may order from the caterer up to Noon on Thursday, Nov 3—It’s Pizza Day and other choices too or bring things from home.
The K-2 family members assist their student(s) into their apparel to prepare for the parade. Third and Fourth grade families may stay in those classrooms, get their sweets, or stay out on the field.
1p KINDERGARTEN, FIRST, AND SECOND GRADE SAINTS PARADE
As parade ends PRESENTATION OF THE SAINTS & RECORDERS CONCERT
Sign out forms will be at each classroom to end the day for students leaving with their family members as we conclude.
2p Dismissal in both locations and EDC opens
