Dear Kindergarten Families,

Hope all enjoyed the long weekend!

Religion – Jesus the Good Shepherd, learning the protective love and trust Jesus has for every one as we explore this parable.

Social studies continues to focus on Martin Luther King as he taught peace, love and equality.

As we discussed during conference, writing every morning along with stronger attention to reading skills. Sentence structure and grammar as we write simple sentences.

Skip counting by 5s, learning to measure with non-standard units (our hands and feet), adding numbers with objects, ten frames, dice and dominoes.

We will take a look at weather systems as the season of winter changes our lives along with how plants and animals survive.

This Friday’s dismissal is at 2:00
