We examined three different soils. The samples came from our backyard garden, miracle grow, and composted soil from avocado trees. We decided to plant peas in each type of soil, see what sprouted first, made comparisons, and planted on October 10. Sprouts are growing well and in a couple months, hopefully we will begin to see more branches and leaves that begin to flower and turn into pea pods.

Octoberfest was a blast! Everyone had lots of fun. A big thank you goes out to all parents for your support!

Homework will come home tomorrow. We will have a paper about your child’s Saint. Find an image, their feast day, map where they lived and an interesting fact about their Saint. This is a simple paper to help us learn more about our Saints in heaven.

This Friday is our First Primary Centers and a noon dismissal. If you can come help please let me know.
