The Second Sunday of Lent Gospel tells of the time Jesus took Peter, James, and John up the mountain to see him transfigured. They also were able to see Elijah and Moses. The 8th grade discussed the power of seeing something like this and how it would solidify their faith. We focused on how we need to do small things each day to keep our faith strong. Their reflection explained a time when they have been transformed by Jesus. We also continue to fill in our daily Lent calendars with reflections from Loyola Press.
