4th Sunday of Lent

The message in this Sunday’s Gospel is about forgiveness. Jesus reminds the people that they can punish someone only if they have no sins. The 8th grade discussed the idea of second chances and forgiving others. We also focused on spending the remaining days in Lent trying to do extra acts of kindness for others.

8th Grade Religion

8th Grade By February 5, 2013 No Comments

The 8th grade continues their focus on the New Testament and the Gospels. Today’s lesson featured a worksheet comparing and contrasting the 4 Gospel authors. The students used their Catholic Youth Bibles or the Bible on the Kindle to research different Gospel passages. The class did a great job understanding the various readings.
