This week in Religion we discussed the formal ceremony which took place on May 1, 2011.  He was declared Blessed by Pope Benedict XVI.  The students asked excellent questions and we discussed the steps to becoming a saint.  Today in Religion we discussed the Rosary and the Mysteries of the Rosary.  We also talked about how in 2002 Pope John Paul II  proposed a fourth set of mysteries-The Mysteries of Light, or the Luminous Mysteries.
