Starting now, the second half of the first trimester, grades 6, 7, and 8 will receive a work packet every Tuesday instead of every other week. We will ask for your input on this new system when we meet for parent conferences.

We finally finished Wayside School is Falling Down, the second book in Louis Sachar’s classic Wayside School series. Our class was in stitches upon discovering that the Wayside kids were, in fact, not experiencing an earthquake but an invasion of cows! We will be examining “fantasy” as a genre within fiction literature next week.
