Dear Families,

This Wednesday is Teddy Bear Day.  Please have your child bring a new stuffed animal on Wednesday.   Progress Reports will go home this Tuesday.  Please sign and return the envelope only to class by Friday. This Friday is a noon dismissal.  Below please see an overview of our week:

Science:  We are reviewing and preparing for our Chapter 3 test.  We will take the test on December 11th.

Vocabulary: Unit 5.  The Unit 5 test will be next Monday, December 10th.

Social Studies:  We are having our next States Test this Thursday.  We are also summarizing the experiences that led Balboa to reach the Pacific Ocean.

Math:  We continue to practice dividing with decimals and using magnitude estimates.

Grammar: We are identifying and correcting run on sentences and fragment sentences.

Religion:  This week we are learning the five different types of prayer.
