Dear Families,

I am looking forward to seeing everyone this week for conferences.  Students will be dismissed at 11:30 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Tomorrow is Teddy Bear Day, please have your student bring a new stuffed animal to school.  This week we will be having our classroom Spelling Bee.  Report cards will go home Tuesday afternoon.  Please sign and return the envelope (you keep the report card).

Below is an overview of our shortened week.

Voc: We will continue to work on Unit 7 and have our test on Friday

Spelling:  Unit 7 and the classroom Spelling Bee

Math:  We will continue to work on integers and the number line.

Social Studies:  We we be learning about Marco Polo this week in Chapter three lesson 2.

Science:  We will continue learning about the different systems in our bodies.

Religion:  This is our second week of Advent!

Literature:  We continue with our story, Indian in the Cupboard.
