During Gospel Thursday, the 8th grade class discussed the Gospel for the fourth Sunday of Lent. It is the story of Jesus curing a blind man on the Sabbath. Unfortunately, the Pharisees are so full of doubt and judgment that they miss out on the beauty of the miracle and the presence of  Christ in their life. The 8th grade discussion focuses on the benefits of not judging others as they move onto their high school adventure. They realize that they open themselves up to new opportunities and experiences when they see Christ in other people.
