Dear Families,

Progress reports will be going home on Tuesday.  This Wednesday is Free Dress $1 for Make-A-Wish Foundation.  This Friday is a Free Dress at no cost.  We will be having a small Valentine’s Day party in class on Friday.  Please have your child bring a treat for each student.  Friday is also a noon dismissal.

This month in Religion class I will be presenting the Virtus Touching Safety program.   If you have not sent it in yet and would like your child to participate, please sign it and return it to the office.

Below is an overview of our week.

Math:  We will continue working with renaming fractions as decimals.  The sections for IXL this week are C.8 and L.2.

Grammar:  We will focus on contractions this week.

Vocabulary: We will be reviewing units 1-6 this week.

Social Studies:  We will be reviewing and preparing for our chapter 5 test.  The chapter 5 test will be on February 18th.

Science:  We will be reviewing and preparing for our chapter 5 test.  The science test will be next Thursday, February 19th.
