Welcome Kindergarten Families,

It was nice to see so many families able to come to orientation last Tuesday! Our new kindergarten students were ready to meet each other and see our classroom. We talked about our summer, listened to a story and had time to play on the playground.

If you were unable to come, please know all information pertaining to Kindergarten will be discussed in detail at our Back to School Night on Wednesday, August 29 starting at 6:30. Please keep this date open on your calendar!

Summer practice work is due this first week of school. Please turn in reading-math/website logs.

For updates and information please note our school website. It is easy to navigate, my weekly letter and homework information will be posted.  Note top bar (black strip) and selections  “school year calendar”, under “our school” the handbook,  lunch program, etc. and under “PTC” information including the service hour sheet. All school postings from teachers can be found on the front page and by individual classrooms under the drop down menu “our students”.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone Wednesday morning at 7:50. Look for the K’s in the courtyard area to line up your children. Dismissal is 12:00 for these first three days.
