The Middle School Leadership Committee arranges for service awareness and fundraising efforts every school year. This year, Leadership begins with an emphasis on increasing recycling on campus, at home, and in the world.

The VPs (Vice Presidents of the Leadership Committee) presented a skit on recycling at the August Assembly. The 8th grade students will be taking turns during lunch in September to “referee” at the trash cans to be sure that recycle and trash items are properly disposed of.

The first Free Dress Day with a $1 donation selected by this year’s Core Leaders is on Wednesday, September 11. This is one way to support recycling and be of service as 9/11 Day calls for.

The Middle School Leadership Committee encourages students to dress in blue and green as much as possible on this first free dress day.
