Tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day!! Students may accessorize their regular P. E. clothes with green add-ons, such as socks, hair ribbons, earrings, etc. Then the following day, Wednesday, we will have a free dress, for $1.
The Speech contest will be at the end of April. As preparation for this, before we go on Easter break, I would like the fourth graders to select a published poem to memorize. Everyone must select a different poem, from 15-20 lines, so it is first come, first serve. Once selected, a copy of the poem should be brought to school for me to record.
This week we will be completing Reading logs, due next Monday. You may click here to access the form. Weekly_Reading_Log Fourth graders have a Read Across America recording sheet, which needs to be signed by a parent each time a book has been completed. Tickets are issued for completed books, and there will be a raffle at the end of the month. You may click here to access the Read Across America form. Read across America
