We have a large number of In’N’Out burgers and dippin’dots ice cream purchased… a larger number than ever before!

We are pleased this fundraiser is a success!  Thank you!

The In’N’Out truck arrives mid-morning and the crew begins the time consuming effort of preparation to feed so many in such a short time.  Our hope is to begin serving the Kindergarten and First Grade about 11:30a and continue with the older grades as the line moves.  Family members gather along the planter and grass area by the office waiting for their students to get into line.  If you have students in multiple grades, we encourage you to keep your younger students with you until the higher grade students are in line if you would like to have your whole family eat together.

The dippin’ dots station will be on the parking area for Biedermann Hall overlooking the field.  Five flavor selections are available for dessert.

The fifth grade and Middle School students will take their lunch recess before they are called to line up for lunch.  If your student(s) is/are in the upper grades, you are welcome to join them on the field and walk with them when it is their time to enter the line.  Students in kindergarten through fourth grade will have recess time after they finish lunch and dessert.  To move so many people through the lunch line, we will enjoy an extended lunch period.  Kindergarten students will return to their classroom a little sooner than grades one through four.

Students will receive their tickets from their teachers; family members can pick up their tickets at a table near the scrip office.

Blankets and/or outdoor chairs may be your choice for use around the field, but our covered patio works very well with ample seating for all.

A church & hall function was just scheduled for Friday morning; it may create a parking challenge.  I remind all of the parking along the perimeter of the rectory as well as behind the church.
